Shipping Instructions:
We use this major carriers to ship our items: Air Mail
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend will be considered as being placed on a Monday before 6pm
Standard Shipping
2-3 days to arrive inside UAE.
5-7 days to arrive for other countries.
Delivery Failure
If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival via email. A refund of the cost of goods without shipping will be processed within 7 days unless you have notified us before then to advise that the goods are still required. If the goods are still required, you will be charged an additional shipping fee for a second delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is someone at the delivery address at the specified date to sign for the parcel. If no one is present the courier may deliver the goods to a neighbour either side or directly opposite and should leave a card to advise where this parcel has been left. Alternatively, the parcel can be left in a safe location on the property, such as porches with a door, sheds or greenhouses and garages. If a parcel has been delivered but you are claiming non receipt of a parcel then please allow 3-5 days from date of notifying us to allow us to investigate with the courier. If a refund is applied and the goods are later located then we reserve the right to place a debit for these goods unless you return them to us.（Remarks: For any enquiries you can contact: support@smart-waves.net ）
Delivery Timeframes
It is our objective to achieve on time delivery on all orders. We monitor our delivery partners and our experience is that delivery is successful within the chosen delivery time period in 99% of cases.
We use a number of third party courier service providers and on occasion human error may cause a package to be misdirected. Once despatched, the on time delivery of a package is the responsibility of the relevant courier company and Smyths Toys cannot be held responsible for a package not reaching its destination on time.
We will ship within 48 hours. If we encounter Saturday and Sunday, we will ship next Monday.

I bought i5 9400f, RTX 2060 with 16 GB ram. I received my PC in 4 days and everything is in brand new! It was well setup and i just had to plug and play. These guys know what they are doing, I researched a lot on Reddit and YouTube on the gaming set.. they really know this stuff and have paired all the things to absolute optimum level. For example, as you cannot over clock, you only need 500 W and not anymore. Highly recommended as these guys are selling on very competitive price for a pre build pc (if you buy every part urself from AmaZon, you still end up paying the same or even more). Just go for it !
